KELSO, Wash.  -- A Longview man who admitted killing his ex-girlfriend's mother and wounding her father has been sentenced to 54 years in prison. Twenty-one-year-old Anthony Michael James Scott had pleaded guilty last week to murder and attempted murder. He shot Kathleen and Robert Tubbs in October 2008.
